“It scares me to think about what my life would have been like without Primerica,” recalls Ivan Earle. As a young boy growing up in Columbia, South Carolina, Ivan looked forward to a job working at a local chemical plant, where “I thought all of my dreams would come true.” After five years of manual labor, Ivan realized his annual salary of $12,000 would never afford him the lifestyle he wanted for his family.
After meeting a local minister for help, Ivan found himself at an Opportunity Meeting. Within three months of joining Primerica part-time, Ivan quit his job as a plant worker to pursue the opportunity of a lifetime. “It amazes me how many people are content with being average and ordinary and just scraping by,” says Ivan. “I wanted more than that. I wanted the finer things for myself and my family.”
Twenty years later, Ivan’s enjoyed sharing his financial success with his family. He was able to help his mother retire from a teaching career to pursue her dream of operating a day care center, and bought her a Mercedes-Benz. In addition to the extraordinary financial rewards, Primerica has enriched Ivan’s life far beyond his expectations. “With two young sons, it helps to be in control of my own schedule so I don’t have to miss important family events,” explains Ivan. “I have changed my family’s legacy for generations to come.” |
